You can help the horses at Mountain Valley Horse Rescue in many different ways. Of course donating time as a volunteer and donating money are the first things you think of when helping a non-profit carry out it’s mission. You might not know there are so many more ways to help. From shopping on websites or at stores to purchasing products with proceeds being donated by to MVHR - most of these opportunities only take a few minutes to set up and cost no time, effort or money to you!
Vail Valley Cares - Thrifty Shop
When you shop at the Thrifty Shop in Edwards or Eagle, you are supporting a large number of local nonprofits including Mountain Valley Horse Rescue! The proceeds from these stores get returned to community non profits in the form of a grant we apply for every year. Each year this grant supports a horse at MVHR!
